These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Ashlee Studio website and the information, content and services available through it.
Additional terms may apply when you book Ashlee Studio for a live illustration service, book a textured art workshop, purchase artwork or engage us for a commissioned project. Where applicable, those terms will be provided to you as part of your booking or agreement.
If there is any inconsistency between these website Terms & Conditions and a specific written agreement between you and Ashlee Studio, the specific written agreement will apply to the extent of that inconsistency.
2. Our services
Ashlee Studio provides live illustration, textured art workshops, personalised artwork, wedding illustrations, event illustrations and other creative services.
All services are subject to availability and are quoted individually based on the requirements of each booking.
Information displayed on our website, including pricing, package inclusions, turnaround times and service descriptions, is provided as a guide and may change from time to time.
A booking is not confirmed until Ashlee Studio has accepted the booking and any required deposit or payment has been received.
3. Quotes and pricing
Unless otherwise stated, quotes provided by Ashlee Studio are valid for the period specified in the quote.
Prices may vary depending on the date, location, number of guests, duration of the event, artwork requirements, travel and other factors.
We reserve the right to update our pricing and services at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payments and bookings
Payment terms, deposits, cancellation terms and other booking requirements will be outlined in your individual quote, booking confirmation or service agreement.
By accepting a quote or making a booking, you agree to the terms applicable to that booking.
Any additional services or artwork requested after a booking has been confirmed may incur additional fees.
5. Artwork and creative process
Each illustration created by Ashlee Studio is individually hand-drawn and is intended to have a unique, artistic character.
As the artwork is created by hand, minor variations in colour, composition, proportions, positioning and other artistic details may occur.
These variations are a natural part of the creative process and do not constitute a defect.
Ashlee Studio reserves the right to make artistic decisions necessary to complete an illustration in our established style.
6. Client-provided photographs and information
Where photographs are provided to Ashlee Studio for the purpose of creating an illustration, you confirm that you have the right or permission to provide those photographs to us for this purpose.
You remain responsible for ensuring that any information, photographs or other materials you provide do not infringe another person's rights.
Ashlee Studio will use client-provided materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, subject to our Privacy Policy and any separate agreement with you.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original artwork, designs, drawings, illustrations, templates, photographs, graphics, written content and other creative material produced by or belonging to Ashlee Studio remain the intellectual property of Ashlee Studio or the relevant rights holder.
Purchasing an illustration does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
You may display and enjoy artwork purchased from Ashlee Studio for personal purposes, but you may not reproduce, resell, modify, commercially exploit or distribute the artwork without our written permission.
8. Use of website content
All content on this website, including photographs, illustrations, logos, branding, text, graphics and designs, is owned by or licensed to Ashlee Studio unless otherwise stated.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit any website content without our prior written permission.
You may view, download or print content from the website for your personal, non-commercial use only.
9. Photography and promotional content
Ashlee Studio may photograph or film artwork, event setups and completed illustrations for portfolio, website and social media purposes, subject to applicable permissions and our Privacy Policy.
Where you have specifically requested that your event or artwork not be used for promotional purposes, we will respect that request in accordance with any agreed terms.
10. Website accuracy
We aim to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or error-free.
