Live illustrations add a special and memorable touch to your event, offering both a unique form of entertainment and a beautiful personalised keepsake. ​

DETAILS

During the event guests are invited to approach our table to have their photo taken, enjoy the event and return later to collect their illustration. Throughout the process, we interact with guests and welcome them to watch as their artwork comes to life, creating an engaging and interactive experience.

Our focus is on capturing each guest’s individual style and outfit using fashion-inspired illustration proportions, finished in our signature faceless style. To maximise the number guests illustrated during your event, we have created a collection of over 15 templates, allowing for an efficient yet highly personalised result.

Each illustration  features a maximum of two people and takes approximately 8-10 minutes to complete, depending on the level of detail and the flow of the event. Upon booking please provide a list of guests that you would like to receive an illustration at the event. You can also request groups and combinations that you would like illustrated such as bride with bridesmaids, etc. Requests will also need to be made for children to be included.

IN-STUDIO COMPLETION

Guests often exceed the number of illustrations that can be completed during the event, all packages include dedicated in-studio illustration time following your event to ensure that no guests are missed.

 

Any special requests or additional details are also completed during this in-studio time.

 

All illustrations completed in the studio are carefully packaged and posted to you complimentary, allowing you and your guests to relive the event long after the celebration has ended.

Ashlee will require a table and chair at the venue to complete the illustrations and display the finished art for your guests. Ashlee will also provide a sign, you are more than welcome to provide your own signage. Please let Ashlee know if you would prefer her not to bring her own sign.

MATERIALS

High quality materials are used including A5 250GSM paper and professional artist markers. Each illustration will be placed in a protective sleeve with backing board for the guests to take home.

CUSTOMISATION

All packages include the option to have either of the below:

- personalised sticker which will be placed on the protective sleeve;

- personalised embossing stamp added to each illustration; or

- personalised stamp added to each illustration.

These are designed in-house so can match your event stationery. This will need to be finalised 8 weeks before your event.

SET-UP

We (myself and my assistant) require a table and two chairs. I recommend styling the table to complement the overall look and feel of your event. If your venue is unable to provide this setup, please let me know in advance so we can make alternative arrangements. During the summer months, I kindly request an indoor setup, as high temperatures can affect the illustrating process.

TRAVEL

I am based in Sydney, Australia but will travel. Please note that any location outside of Sydney will incur an additional travel charge dependent on the distance and if accomodation is required.​​
