Live illustrations add a unique and personal touch to your event.  As your guests celebrate and mingle, Ashlee will create a beautiful keepsake gift for them to remember your event.

ON THE DAY

Ashlee's focus is to capture the style and outfits of your guests through fashion illustration proportions that are faceless to ensure that as many guests as possible are captured on the night. 

Each illustration (maximum 2 people) will take roughly 8 - 10 minutes depending on the details and flow of the event. Guests often outnumber the amount of illustrations that Ashlee can get through at the event, as a result templates will be used and any illustrations not completed at the event will be done in-studio after your event (please see the below for more details). 

Ashlee and her assistant will arrive early to set-up and start taking photos of your guests on the day so that the sketches can be started immediately. Upon booking please provide a list of guests that you would like to receive an illustration at the event. You can also request groups and combinations that you would like illustrated such as bride with bridesmaids, etc. Requests will also need to be made for children to be included. 

Ashlee will require a table and chair at the venue to complete the illustrations and display the finished art for your guests. Ashlee will also provide a sign, you are more than welcome to provide your own signage. Please let Ashlee know if you would prefer her not to bring her own sign.

MATERIALS

High quality materials are used including A5 200GSM paper and professional artist markers. Each illustration will be placed in a protective sleeve with backing board for the guests to take home.

BOOKING

Ashlee is based in Sydney, Australia but does travel. Please note that any location outside of Sydney will incur an additional travel charge dependent on the distance.

CUSTOMISATION

All packages include the option to have a personalised sticker which will be placed on the protective sleeve or a personalised embossing stamp added to each illustration. These are designed in-house so can match your event stationery. This will need to be finalised 8 weeks before your event.

IN-STUDIO ILLUSTRATIONS

All packages include post event in-studio illustrations to ensure that all guests requested are illustrated. All illustrations completed after the event will be posted to the couple free of charge.
